Tree Roots and Foundation-Pavement Damage
Conflicts between the growing of tree roots into pavement, foundations or sidewalks is a very common problem. Most of the time it occurs it’s for two reasons. The first was that the tree was planted too closely to the walkway or the walkway was built too closely to the tree(s).
When problems like this occur, we can provide root pruning services. This is something best left for experts, as just snipping away roots can permanently damage a tree if you don’t know what you’re doing. We can also put up root barriers which can block future growth and protect your walkways, cement or sidewalks from root intrusion.
